An Idaho native, LeAnn has been in commercial real estate for over 22 years and has experience on the tenant side, developer side and the brokerage side of the business. In early 2004, LeAnn received her real estate license and immediately pursued her broker’s license to enter the brokerage world. Within 18 months of the start of her brokerage career, she reached over $57,000,000. LeAnn specializes in retail tenant representation, retail investment and land development, as well as representing several large investors and retail clients.

Chase Erkins is a Principal with Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC., a full-service, commercial real estate brokerage. Chase was born and raised in rural Idaho and attended the University of Idaho receiving a degree in Business Communications. He brings with him a history of operations and sales expertise, the ability to find creative solutions and a desire to exceed client’s expectations. He has represented clients in the purchasing, selling and leasing of buildings in the areas of office, retail, multifamily and industrial.

Clay Anderson joined the Investment Services Team at Colliers International in 2006. Over the past several years, he and his team have transacted on over $1.1 billion in commercial real estate, incorporating shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, mobile-home parks, and net-leased investments. Clay's areas of specialization include Multi-Family, Net-Leased Retail, and Office Investments. He has achieved Colliers esteemed “Colliers Everest Club” status multiple times, recognizing the top 10% producers among Colliers in North America.

Hilary helps clients navigate complex real estate, financing, and corporate transactions. Hilary has handled a wide variety of commercial real estate projects, including retail, office, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and investment properties. Her experience as an underwriter also makes her a helpful resource for resolving tough title issues.
