    This month, we will discuss this video of Sociologist Esther Sullivan at TEDxMileHigh. In the video, Sullivan discusses how mobile homes have offered a path to affordable home ownership, but also carry high levels of risk and instability. Solutions she offers for preserving affordable housing are relevant not just to mobile homes but other types of attainable housing as well. Topics to be explored include ground leases, zoning regulations, and solutions for preserving and growing affordable housing options.
