    deChase Miksis

    Dean Papé' has a portfolio of development projects that runs the gamut, from residential to retail and from medical to mixed-use. Recent additions to his volume of work include student housing, automotive dealerships, market-rate apartments and a neighborhood retail center. As a project manager with Gerding Edlen, one of the nation's leading real estate investment and development firms, Dean provided project management and construction oversight on numerous successful urban development projects. He used the experience and knowledge gained from these complex and varied projects to create a process that fosters exemplary communication with his clients from start to finish. Prior to each project, he works with each client to create a customized development plan to assure that a project aligns with its original goals and vision.

    AnaMarie Guiles

    City of Boise Planning & Development Services

    AnaMarie C. Guiles is senior manager for the City of Boise’s Housing and Community Development Division which works to provide housing choice and innovative models of community development. Guiles has 20 years’ experience in Affordable Housing and Community Development in the State and Municipal government level. Most recently, Guiles was a co-founder of the City of Boise’s Energize Our Neighborhood initiative, a pioneering and comprehensive model to preserve neighborhood livability. Before her work with the City of Boise, Guiles started her career in federal law enforcement where a deep understanding of societal challenges began. Guiles received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Portland and completed graduate work in Performance Management at Boise State University.

    Chris Shaxted

    COO, Hubble Homes

    Christopher Shaxted has spent his entire career in homebuilding, responsible for building over 25,000 new construction residential properties while serving in Senior Executive positions for several high ranking, production, privately held homebuilders. Currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Multi-Family Division of Hubble Homes, Mr. Shaxted attended DePaul University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is LEED accredited, a licensed Real Estate broker, and a member of the Urban Land Institute and Homebuilders Association of America, both where he has served as a speaker and panel member.
