In addition to presenting on the recent ULI “Low Density Rental Housing in America" report, our keynote speaker Steve La Terra will highlight some of the differences in the general perception of build for rent vs reality and what its accomplishing, discuss what is happening in the single family build-for-rent market, and discuss how Build For Rent can sustain should a recession hit the U.S. in the coming years.
Following this presentation, our local panel will discuss what their company is doing with these product types, what role build for rent provides to the overall housing industry, what some of the challenges are, and where they see it going.
