    Rusty Bollow

    Rusty Bollow is an industrial and investment broker with Colliers International, where he specializes in industrial, land, and investment properties. Rusty received his real estate license in 1997. Since then, he has completed more than 640 individual transactions, representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 12 million square feet of facilities, and an excess of 600 acres of land sales. Rusty’s experience and knowledge ranks him among the top industrial and investment specialists in Utah’s commercial real estate market. He is a skilled negotiator, persistent and resolute, known for his meticulous attention to detail and fully informing his clients through every step of the transaction. He is adept at assembling and interpreting market data crucial to comprehensive investment analysis, ensuring his clients realize their fi nancial goals. Education Rusty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Puget Sound, where he was also a member of the varsity soccer team. Rusty recently completed his Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and also received a graduate certifi cation in Urban Planning. Rusty is the Chairman of the Board for Repertory Dance Theatre (RDT) and continues to be very active in outdoor sports, including skiing, surfi ng, windsurfi ng, hiking, biking, mountaineering, and backpacking. Rusty is an experienced traveler, having toured extensively throughout the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and South Africa.

    Chris Kirk

    Managing Principal, Colliers International

    Before joining Colliers International, Chris Kirk joined CBC Advisors in early 2017 as managing director of the newly expanded downtown Salt Lake City office. As an office specialist, Chris believes in the value of long-term relationships. Close attention to client requirements is the foundation of his career in the commercial real estate industry. Chris earns he trust and confidence of his clients through hard work, dedication and effective performance. He is particularly interested in locating businesses new to Utah market. Prior to joining CBC Advisors, Chris was consistently a top five producer at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in Salt Lake City. Over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate business enables Chris to bring real estate transactions to timely and successful completion. He knows the Utah office market, and he recognized both the problems and the opportunities present at all points of the market cycle. In 2009, Chris was recognized for significant transaction per square foot leased in a down economy. Chris is among a select group of commercial real estate agents who have achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is the current Utah Chapter President and is the current Trustee for the SIOR Foundation. He has also taught commercial real estate continuing education courses and is honored to be presenting the Utah Office Market Report at the 2019 National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Chris is a board member of the Alliance House, a non-profit public service organization, where he lead the housing committee addressing homelessness. A graduate of the University of Utah, Chris has studied in Europe. He is a global traveler and an avid skier, fly fisher, mountaineer and surfer. For over ten years Chris has organized an annual ski event for industry professionals and clients to gather from around the country, build relationships and ski Utah resorts. Chris draws on a wide range of experience to understand his clients and serve their commercial real estate interests. He and his wife Johanna enjoy living in Utah, where they are raising their twin teen daughters.

    Mark Jensen

    Executive VP of Investment Sales, Colliers Strategy & Consulting

    Mark Jensen is a top investment sales broker with 16 years of experience in the Intermountain Region and provides disposition, acquisition, joint venture, and development consulting for loyal commercial real estate clients. Mark and his team specialize in multifamily Properties and have completed the sale of over 5,000 apartment units in the last 5 years alone, and sales volume in excess of $1 billion. Mark is an avid #YIMBY and proponent of attainable housing and smart growth in Utah. Mark sits on the board of the Utah Center for Neighborhood Stabilization as well as the board for the American Cancer Society.
