    Join ULI and Idaho Commerce for part-1 of a 2-part educational program series on business incentives.

    This presentation will provide an overview of fiscally responsible Idaho business financial incentives and tax credits available to Idaho businesses looking to expand, relocate or start new. 

    This will be a formal presentation followed by Q&A- questions submitted via zoom chat.

    (Part 2 will take place as a lunch & learn on March 29 and cover NMTC, Opportunity Zones, and Energy Incentives- separate registration required)

    Susie Davidson

    Susie Davidson is a lifelong Idaho resident, born and educated in Pocatello, Idaho. She graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor's in business administration and marketing. Following university, Davidson spent two years working at the Idaho State Journal before signing on with the Mountain Bell in Boise, Idaho. Over the next 27 years, Davidson worked with the Mountain Bell (US West, Quest) in customer service and business- to-business sales positions. In 2004, Davidson retired as the Director of Large Business Sales for Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana and soon after began her work at the Idaho Department of Commerce and Labor in 2005 as an Analyst for Community Development Block Grants. In 2007 she moved to her current position as Business Attraction Manager.
