Hala is a Director at PLP Architecture and Founding Director of PLP Labs. With over ten years’ experience covering the full spectrum of typologies as an architect and urbanist at PLP, she helps drive the studio’s deep-rooted passion for innovation. Hala directs teams on commercial, life-science, residential, retail and mixed-use projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. At PLP Labs, she leads teams exploring new ideas for future cities. Hala chairs the Urban Art Forum for ULI UK and sits on the Cambridge University Land Economy board. In 2020, she was the first recipient of the ULI European Talent Award 2020. She received her MSc in Urban Policy from LSE, a Masters in Territorial and Urban Strategies from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), and both a Bachelor of Architecture (distinction) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

John is the founder of property investment and development business Sixjay Capital, and Senior Advisor to real estate services businesses, real estate technology companies and PE funds including Greenpoint Partners and Unispace. Previously, John was a member of the Global Executive Board, JLL and the Global CEO of Corporate Solutions, responsible for operations across 80 countries managing 1.6B sf of commercial real estate. John has worked globally for 30 years, based in New York, Singapore, Chicago and Sydney. He holds strong interests in the future of work, workplace, corporate real estate, digitizing real estate and the development of proptech. John is a member of and previous Board Director of CoreNet Global, and past Chair of Sandalwood Asia and Corrigo. John holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business in Land Economics from the University of Western Sydney where he was the University medalist.

David is an architect by training but has been working across all parts of property development for almost twenty years. David has held leadership roles at major Australian and International corporations working in Australia, Asia, Europe, UK and Nth America. David has presented at many national and international conferences challenging the standardised approach to development and strategic planning. He established Voda Management as a collaborative advisory network across the property industry working with developers, landowners, designers, consultants and government on strategies to realise strategic development potential while maximising public benefit through community focus, design leadership, lifestyle satisfaction and place creation. David connects with Industry through his role as Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute in Australia and Asia Pacific, engaging with members and the property industry aspiring to enrich the sustainable development of cities globally.

Ame M. Engelhart is an accomplished architect and urban designer focused on the design of cities, districts, and large, complex architectural projects. With her background in both architecture and urban planning, she brings together the design skills and ambitions of both disciplines to develop holistic plans for urban centers and communities. Engelhart creatively addresses challenges and opportunities emerging from established and developing cities in Asia. She is dedicated to promoting the fundamental principles of livability and sustainability, and approaches each design project with respect to the unique social, economic, environmental and geographic conditions inherent in each city and site. She directs high-visibility, forward-facing projects that strategically define or redefine important places, positioning them for enduring growth. Ame Engelhart has more than 30 years cumulative experience in architectural design and planning, comprising an extensive variety of building types and project scales. In her 25 years working experience in Hong Kong, Ame’s work has included numerous large-scale commercial, residential and urban planning projects, in which she has regularly worked with multi-disciplinary teams throughout Asia, including close liaisons with corporate clients, specialist consultants, and other international design professionals. She is a leader who exudes not only intellectual breadth, but also deep enthusiasm in her dedication to enhancing the vitality of urban communities through design.

Keith Fujii joined LaSalle in March 2018 as the CEO & CIO of Japan and Representative Director & President of LaSalle Investment Management KK. He is a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Committee and on the board of directors of LaSalle REIT Advisors KK, the asset manager to LaSalle’s Japan logistic REIT, LaSalle Logiport REIT. Keith has a distinguished background in Asia with over 26 years of real estate investment and banking experience building successful platforms in both equity and debt. Prior to joining LaSalle, Keith most recently served as CEO of Ishin Hotels Group. Keith also held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Grove International Partners, Shinsei Bank and Lehman Brothers. In addition to his 21 years in the Japanese real estate market, Keith has invested and created investment platforms in South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Spain, Australia, USA and India. He has also led acquisition efforts in China, Philippines, Singapore, UK and France. Keith earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Irvine.

Janet Henry was appointed as HSBC’s Global Chief Economist in August 2015. She was previously HSBC’s Chief European Economist and is a member of Handelsblatt’s Shadow ECB Council. Much of her past work has focused on globalisation – including the global determinants of local inflation – but in the past five years she has focused more on the political and economic challenges that persist in the post global financial crisis era, notably labour market disruption and other structural drivers of low inflation but also the growing polarisation of income growth and household wealth within major advanced economies. She has given evidence to financial committees of the EU Parliament on China and UK House of Lords on Europe. Janet joined HSBC in 1996 in Hong Kong where she worked as an Asian economist in the run-up to, and aftermath of, the Asian crisis.

As the CEO of New World Development Company (HKEx:0017), Adrian oversees the group’s strategy and operations, which includes New World China Land, NWS Holdings, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, and the ownership of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. He leads the group’s ecosystem which consists of property development, infrastructure, health, education, retail and hospitality projects. Adrian is also the founder of the K11 brand, which intertwines art and commerce through shopping malls, offices, and hospitality catering to Millennial and Gen Z consumers. By 2024, K11 will have 35 projects in 9 cities across Greater China. In 2019, Adrian launched Victoria Dockside, a US$ 2.6 billion cultural district that includes cultural-retail flagship K11 MUSEA, K11 ATELIER offices, K11 ARTUS luxury residence, and Rosewood Hotel’s first Hong Kong property. Guided by his vision for “Creating Shared Value”, he has reinvented the 50-year old company to embed culture, sustainability, and innovation at the core of how it serves local communities. To help society combat COVID-19, he pioneered the #lovewithoutborders campaign to support global efforts and has donated USD 8.5 million and distributed 10 million medical face masks so far to communities in need globally. Jon Tanaka joined Angelo, Gordon Japan in 2009 and has completed over $2 billion of property acquisitions for the firm’s Asia opportunity funds. Founded in 1988, Angelo, Gordon manages $35 billion, including over $12 billion of opportunistic and core plus real estate funds investing major markets globally. Since 2005, the firm’s Asia real estate team invests in Greater China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. Previously, Mr. Tanaka was a Managing Director in the Deutsche Bank Group Japan where he was responsible for property investing and portfolio management. Jon serves as a Global Trustee for ULI Global and Vice Chairman for ULI Japan.

Dr. Ayesha Khanna is Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) solutions firm and incubator. She has been a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence, smart cities and fintech to leading corporations and governments. Ayesha serves on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), the Singapore government's agency that develops and regulates its world-class technology sector to drive the country's digital economy and power its Smart Nation vision. Mr. Charles Chan is the CEO of Commercial Management, China, responsible for overseeing all the Group’s operating assets including retail malls, offices, integrated developments and business parks in China. Mr. Charles Chan was CEO, Commercial Management & Business Park, China from 1 Jan 2020 to 30 June 2020. Following Business Park projects were managed together under the overall Commercial Management business, he took on the role of CEO of Commercial Management, China since 1 July 2020. Mr. Charles Chan was CEO of Business Park, CapitaLand (China) from 1 July to 31 Dec 2019. Prior to that he was China CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge Group, responsible for developing and managing Ascendas’ property portfolio in China and formulating the overall China strategy. This includes developing new products and opening new markets in cities across China. Mr. Chan has many years of experience working for large corporations including those in the real estate and financial sectors. Prior to joining Ascendas-Singbridge, Mr. Chan was the Executive Director of Shui On Development Limited. He spearheaded various projects such as Knowledge and Innovation Community in Shanghai and Dalian Tiandi. He also founded two successful incubators, Innospring in US and Innospace in Shanghai. Before joining Shui On, Mr. Chan was the Deputy Managing Director of the Hong Kong listed Vision Century Corporation (subsequently known as Frasers Property (China) Limited). In the early years of his career, he held key positions in SunCorp Technologies, Citibank N.A. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia. Kristine Li is the Acting General Manager of Portfolio Leasing Department at Henderson Land Development. She oversees the Group’s investment properties in Hong Kong and leads the launch of new retail and office projects, including that of H Queen’s, the first vertical, purpose-built gallery building in Hong Kong. Li holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, USA. Prior to joining Henderson Land, Li worked in the investment banking industry. She currently serves on the executive committee Urban Land Institute, and is a member of The Y.Elites Association, Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, Hong Kong Pei Hua Education Foundation, and Union Hospital Charity Program Ltd. Li is also the founder of HART, a not-for-profit art initiative under Henderson Land with a mission to foster collaboration and community value through a sustainable culture of creativity. HART is dedicated to the activation of Hong Kong’s creative community through diverse programming, including the operation of HART Haus, a studio incubator for local-based creative talents, as well as HART Foundation, which runs community-based arts education and outreach for the under-resourced in Hong Kong.

Bill Lee is leading the effort for PropTech investments and real estate development for Gaw Capital, bringing the proven technological concepts to the real estate assets. In his prior role as Director of Real Estate Strategies and Development for Microsoft, Bill was responsible for formulating and implementing Microsoft's main campus refresh initiative for its work place and support spaces. The program delivered an intelligent environment that enables Microsoft employees to do their best innovative work. The strategic plan includes the most futuristic thinking for real estate, incorporating the anticipated changes in how people live and work in sustainable and technological world. As a real estate executive leader, Bill possesses over 20 years of achievements in real estate development and finance, project development and execution, acquisitions, campus planning and engineering in both public sector and major real estate development companies. He directly managed highly visible and key development projects involving complex equity groups and financing in the 11 major markets in the US as well as implementing strategies for development operations internationally. Bill's industry focus has been with "city-like" development projects. Bill holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University. Bill also has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Bucknell University. Owen D. Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Boston Properties. He is a Director of Lehman Brothers Holdings and served as its first Chairman from 2012 until 2013 when he joined Boston Properties. Prior to Lehman, Mr. Thomas was with Morgan Stanley for 24 years serving in a number of different roles, business units and locations, including Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Asia and Chairman of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, while living in Hong Kong from 2008 until 2011. He also held the roles of President of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Head of Morgan Stanley Real Estate and served on Morgan Stanley's Management Committee from 2005 until 2011. Mr. Thomas is the Global Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, a Director of the Urban Land Institute Foundation, a Director of the Real Estate Roundtable, and a member of the Executive Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Christina Gaw is a Managing Principal of Gaw Capital Partners and in charge of global capital markets activities. She works closely with limited partners relating to capital raising and new product developments. Since 2005, Gaw Capital is a real estate private equity firm and has raised six commingled funds in Asia and three US funds, alongside other global separate account mandates within the real estate space. The firm also manages value-add/opportunistic funds in Vietnam, a Pan-Asia hospitality fund and a European hospitality fund. The firm has close to USD$ 25.8 billion in AUM as of Q1 2020. She also serves as Executive Director of Pioneer Global Group. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Christina has over 16 years of investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs and UBS as a Managing Director, with responsibilities as Head of Asia Equities Distribution and as Head of APAC Capital Introduction team within Prime Brokerage. She has deep experience in covering some of the largest institutional investors globally. Christina is also active in community and educational sector capacity work in Hong Kong. She is a board member of InspiringHK Sports Foundation, finance committee member of Hong Kong International School, corporate member of the Cheltenham Ladies College UK, executive committee member of the St. Paul’s Co-Ed College alumni association (HK), school supervisor for TWGHs S. Nicholas Brooke who has lived in Hong Kong for the last 40 years is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and a Justice of the Peace (JP) and the Chairman of Professional Property Services Limited which is a specialist consultancy, based in Hong Kong, providing a selected range of advisory services across the Asia Pacific Region. He is a recognised authority on land administration and planning matters and is very much involved with a series of initiatives designed to improve the quality of life in Hong Kong and to enhance the built environment for the benefit of future generations. He has also participated in a number of major asset acquisitions and disposals, particularly in Asia and Europe and provided strategic advice to institutions and family offices looking to move into new markets. In July 2018, Mr Brooke was elected as the Asia Pacific Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), of which he is also a Lifetime Trustee. ULI’s mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Mr. Brooke is also a keen advocate of the importance of innovation and technology here in Hong Kong and was closely involved with the establishment of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, joining the Board in May 2001 and leading the development of all three phases of Hong Kong Science Park until he stepped down as Chairman in June 2014. He also is the Principal Advisor to the APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI) which provides guidance to APEC and its 21 member economies on the priorities and projects to be pursued in responding to the challenges faced in the current rapidly changing world, largely in the fields of science, technology and innovation. Mr. Brooke was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) on 1 July 2018 in recognition of his distinguished public and community service.

Sarah Cooper is Managing Director & Global Head of Real Estate Equity Sales at BofA Securities, based in Hong Kong. She is a member of the BofA Hong Kong Leadership team, and Chairman of the Hong Kong Philanthropy committee. Sarah works closely with both the research & banking side of BofA. She has worked on transactions from markets as diverse as Russia, China, India & Indonesia, as well as being active in traditional developed markets (notably Australia, UK, Germany, Singapore, USA, HK & Japan). Sarah was a top ranked property analyst in Australia, before moving to London and then Hong Kong where she has lived for 10 years. Sarah is ranked the #1 property specialist sales person in II & is a trusted advisor of both global & local real estate investors. Sarah is a Global Trustee for the Urban Land institute, and on the Board of the HK chapter of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association. She is the Chairman of BofA’s HK Philanthropy committee, & was previously Co-Chair of the Asian GBAM Women’s Leadership Council. David Faulkner, president of ULI Asia Pacific, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry in the United Kingdom and Asia. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit education and research institute supported by its members. Its mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Established in 1936, the Institute has more than 45,000 members worldwide representing all aspects of land use and development disciplines.' Before taking his current position, Faulkner was managing director of Colliers International, where he was responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asia region. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke and has been based in Asia for over 35 years. He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong SAR, China, and many markets in the Asia region. His expertise covers valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy, and structuring investments in all the major real estate sectors. Faulkner is a ULI global governing trustee and is also a trustee of the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition (IPMSC), a past member of the International Valuation Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Global Valuation Forum, and a practicing member of the Academy of Experts.

Chris Luebkeman is the leader of the Strategic Foresight Hub in the Office of the President at ETH Zurich. This recently established Hub is a team which engages a broad range of stakeholders concerning future focused drivers of change. He combines an attitude of pragmatic optimism with curiosity and a deep sense of planetary responsibility to all of his collaborations. Dr Luebkeman’s career to date has spanned professions and geographies. His multidisciplinary education (geology, civil engineering, structural engineering, entrepreneurship and a Doctorate in Architecture) was encouraged by his Mid-Western family of educators. His journey included Vanderbilt, Cornell and the ETH Zurich. He became an academic gypsy teaching Studios on Design and courses on Technology at the University of Oregon, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and at the MIT. He joined the global engineering consultancy Arup in London to lead the Research and Development group in 1999. He became a corporate intrapreneur by founding the Foresight, Innovation and Incubation teams. He established the Drivers of Change program and is proud to have been accused by the Guardian to have a mindset “in league with the future”. He is deeply passionate about curating constructive dialogue, insatiably curious, relished the opportunity to discover the opportunities which will be created by change and, perhaps most importantly, to evolve positive solutions to the profound challenges we face today. For twenty years he travelled the globe sharing his observations and insights by leading projects focused on the future for Arup, Arup’s clients and for many of the world’s leading institutions. For example, he has spoken at TED, hosted conversations at, and for, WEF and keynoted dozens of conferences around the world. Kate is a passionate urbanist and place maker with more than 25 years of international experience working throughout Australia, as well as Asia, Europe and the United States. She is globally respected for her expertise in visioning and positioning city scale precincts, working sensitively with stakeholders and the community to co-create powerful new futures for well-loved places. She has been influential in shaping thinking about the global competitiveness of Australian Cities, their future identity and quality of life. A regular speaker, panellist and conference moderator; Kate is recognised as a thought leader in relation to city-shaping, knowledge and innovation precincts and talent attraction. Kate thrives on collaboration and works effectively in partnership with government, community, non-profit and private sector stakeholders. She has strong experience in conceptualising and delivering complex urban projects: working with a diverse mix of stakeholders to curate a bold and innovative vision for future urban life that will deliver enduring shared value outcomes.

Barrie Barton is a lawyer by qualification, an entrepreneur by nature and an urban strategist by profession. He has spent most of his adult life thinking about the relationship between the places where we choose to live and the sorts of people we become as a result. In 2005, he set up Right Angle Studio: a business dedicated to understanding and improving life in cities. Mr. Orf joined the company in November 2010 and is a Partner & Vice-Chairman of Apollo’s Principal Finance and Real Estate businesses segment focusing on transaction development for both real estate equity and debt, operating partner outreach, significant limited partner matters and general ambassadorial work across the platform. Dr Cheong Koon Hean is the CEO of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) overseeing the development and management of some 1 million public housing flats in 26 towns/estates. She introduced a new generation of public housing towns that are well-designed, community-centric, sustainable and smart; and also developed a comprehensive R&D framework to develop a more sustainable built environment. Dr Cheong was also the CEO of the Urban Redevelopment Authority from 2004 to 2010 and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry for National Development from 2001 to 2015. She has contributed extensively to urban planning, urban design and conservation plans as well as to real estate policies in Singapore. She was a key driver of major development projects including the Marina Bay city extension, Jurong East Regional Centre and Paya Lebar. She also led the master planning of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. Dr Cheong is currently on the Boards of the HDB, the National University of Singapore and is a Council Member and former Deputy President of the International Federation for Housing and Planning. In addition to being a Fellow(Life) of the Singapore Institute of Architects and a Fellow of the Institute of Planners, Dr Cheong has served on various expert panels including the World Economic Forum’s Real Estate and Urbanisation Global Agenda Council, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and is on the advisory committees of the National University of Singapore’s Architecture and Engineering Faculties. She is also the Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Lee Kuan Yew World City Prize and is the Tan Swan Beng Endowed Professor in Nanyang Technological University. Amongst others, she was awarded the Silver, Gold and Meritorious Service Medals for outstanding public service, conferred the University of Newcastle’s Convocation Medal and honorary doctorate for professional excellence and the 2010 International Women Forum’s Women Who Make A Difference Prize. In 2016, she became the first Asian to be conferred the JC Nichols Prize for Urban Visionaries by the Urban Land Institute and the Lynn S Beedle Lifetime Achievement Award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In 2018, she was appointed the SR Nathan Fellow by the Institute of Policy Studies, NUS. Ms. Stephanie B. Y. LO is Managing Director of Corporate Development at Shui On Land [272 HK], a leading real estate developer developing and operating premium residential, commercial and cultural properties in the Mainland China. Stephanie is also the Vice Chairman of China Xintiandi, an asset manager of all Shui On Land’s commercial portfolio and development pipeline. Nicholas Brooke who has lived in Hong Kong for the last 40 years is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and a Justice of the Peace (JP) and the Chairman of Professional Property Services Limited which is a specialist consultancy, based in Hong Kong, providing a selected range of advisory services across the Asia Pacific Region. He is a recognised authority on land administration and planning matters and is very much involved with a series of initiatives designed to improve the quality of life in Hong Kong and to enhance the built environment for the benefit of future generations. He has also participated in a number of major asset acquisitions and disposals, particularly in Asia and Europe and provided strategic advice to institutions and family offices looking to move into new markets. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University School of Business.

James Wong is the Executive Director of the Chinney Group. The Group’s four publicly listed Hong Kong subsidiaries: Hon Kwok Land (0160.hk), Chinney Investments (0216.hk), Chinney Alliance (0385.hk), and Chinney Kin Wing (1556.hk) are focused on high-tech Engineering, Construction, Trading, Investments, and Real Estate. The businesses range from building their own 80-storey Hon Kwok Tower in Shenzhen to installing the air traffic control radar at the Hong Kong Airport. This family business was founded by his great grandfather in Nanjing in the 1920’s to build China’s railway system. He split his childhood between the US, Canada, and Hong Kong. Before joining his family business in 2010, James held positions variously as a lawyer on Toyota’s eDiscovery team in Torrance, California, and as a tax lawyer at Baker and McKenzie (Los Angeles/Hong Kong) and Price Waterhouse Coopers (San Francisco). He is married to Lisa and has two kids Cameron and Samantha. He served as a delegate to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference for Jiangsu Province until 2018. In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Florida Institute of Technology (otherwise called NASA U) where he is an adjunct professor teaching Business and Healthcare Law and has Distinguished Alumni honors. Currently he holds a position as a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute in Hong Kong. He is also the Vice President of the Hong Kong Huskies. He was formerly the Treasurer of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Southern California Chapter, as well as a Governor on the Board of the American Club of Hong Kong. He is one of the founders of the Seattle I-District Asian Street Fair (now in its 35th Season) and created Seattle’s first-ever Computer Dating Dance in 1983. His MENSA memberships dates from 1980. Kristina Raspe serves as the Vice President of Global Real Estate & Facilities for Apple Inc. In this role, she has global responsibility for real estate transactions and administration, corporate and data center construction, environment, health and safety, renewable energy, supply chain and corporate recycling, commute services, facilities operations and maintenance, strategic workplace planning, and business partnering activities. Kristina has been with Apple since 2013. Prior to joining Apple, Kristina served as the Vice President for Real Estate Development & Asset Management at the University of Southern California, where she continues to serve as a member of the Sol Price School of Public Policy Board of Councilors. At USC, Kristina was responsible for all campus planning activities, entitlements, real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and development, lending, and management of all non-liquid university assets. Kristina played a critical role in the university’s redevelopment of its University Village (a 1M SF mixed-use project), the development of master plans to guide the future development of both the university’s main campus and its health science campus, and the leasing of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Kristina has a master’s degree in real estate development and a master’s degree in construction management, both from USC. She also has a law degree and practiced real estate and corporate law for ten years prior to transitioning to the business side of real estate. Dr Megan Walters is an International Director at JLL and head of research, leading a team of 170 researchers in Asia Pacific, part of a team of 300 researchers globally. The team is provides research thought leadership, data collection and analysis across the markets, including JLL’s Real Estate Intelligence Service, considered the industry’s leading market research service for real estate. Dr Walters, is a Fellow of RICS with a PhD from the University of Hong Kong in institutional economics of real estate. Megan has an interest in the issues of multiple ownership property (strata title) and property rights on urban environments and city development. Megan joined JLL in 2010 as Head of Research, Asia Pacific Capital Markets, a role responsible for advising investor clients and generating publications on office, retail and industrial real estate trends in capital markets. Mr George Kwok Lung HONGCHOY (“Mr HONGCHOY”), aged 58, has been an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Manager since February 2009 and May 2010 respectively. He is also one of the responsible officers of the Manager for the purposes of the SFO, a director of The Link Holdings Limited, Link Properties Limited, The Link Finance Limited and a number of subsidiaries of Link. He is the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Tracker Fund of Hong Kong (listed in Hong Kong), a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, an adjunct professor of the Department of Real Estate and Construction of The University of Hong Kong, a member of the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board of International Council of Shopping Centers, a global governing trustee of the Urban Land Institute and an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation Limited. He was a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Charoen Pokphand Group, Thailand from 2016 to 2018. Mr HONGCHOY began his career in New Zealand and has since moved into senior management positions in financial consulting, investment banking and real estate investment. Ariel Shtarkman is the Founder of Orca Capital, boutique investment practice focused on real estate and real estate technology (proptech). She is also the co-Founder and Managing Director of Atom Assets, a real estate investment platform for family offices. Previously, Ariel was with Citibank Real Estate Structured Finance in Hong Kong, where she structured debt instruments for real estate developers, REITs and private equity funds. Before joining Citibank, she worked in real estate private equity funds sponsored by ING Clarion in New York (covering US) and ING Real Estate Investment Management in Hong Kong (covering Asia). Ariel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with concentration in Real Estate, and BSc from Tel Aviv University with double major in Computer Science and Business Administration. She serves as Senior Content Advisor for ULI Asia Pacific, is a member of the ULI North Asia Executive Committee, and a founding member of Columbia Business School Alumni Network of Hong Kong. Ariel is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian, and conversant in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
