    Webinar Summary

With the rapid spread of the coronavirus crisis worldwide, for many of us, homes have become offices, and the positive experiences have raised a discussion around the future of offices and workplaces. Will offices ever be needed again? And if so, how will the role change and what will be key elements for offices to be in demand in the future? Join us for a conversation with leading and innovative office developers and operators who will share their views on how the workplace is going to change. They will address key questions including:
    • Will the future workplace be a hybrid of office, home and public places, with the office being used for collaboration and creative processes?
    • What is co-working going to look like, and what are the challenges and the key success factors in adapting to the evolving needs of users and measures for health and safety?
    • How can health and wellbeing of individuals be ensured and what role can technology play, both in the shorter and the longer term?
    • How to adapt the current stock to future needs and what actions can be taken to make buildings more sustainable and healthy, and what are the challenges? The audience will have a chance to ask questions during the discussion to further develop the topic.
