    Eric Allen is the Regional Director for the Utah and Idaho markets for Zonda and is responsible for research, consulting and managing client relationships. Eric led the Salt Lake expansion in 2001, the St. George & Mesquite market in 2005, and the Boise Idaho market in 2006. Eric spends the majority of his time consulting with builders, developers, lenders and others in the new home market, and possesses a vast knowledge of local real estate and home building communities. Eric sits on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake and Northern Wasatch Home Builders Associations.

Real Estate Economics provides cutting edge market and financial analysis; entitlement and litigation support including fiscal, economic and other impact analysis; consumer research; product innovation; partner selection and public/private partnership formation. At ULI Adam is a vice chair of the Redevelopment and Reuse council; frequent speaker and moderator; is active in the Washington, D.C., district council; and has completed research with the Terwilliger Center and other thought leadership areas. A native New Yorker, Adam received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Columbia University and lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
