The week of April 14 -April 18 is dedicated to all things housing-
Learn about affordable and attainable housing tools, tour projects, hear from housing organizations throughout the city, and hear what's happening from leaders in the housing space about the state of housing in Idaho.
Below is the FULL list of housing programs currently offered during Housing Week, including FREE programs and events put on by our partners!

MONDAY, APRIL 14
- Housing Week Open House, 4pm-6pm at RoundHouse (1100 W Idaho St STE 630). Join the Conversation! Open to community members interested in the housing conversation, and participants of housing events this week, please join us! Free to attend, RSVP requested- let us know you will make it!
TUESDAY, APRIL 15
- Housing Coffee Talk, 9am: Wafd hosts this housing Discussion with Ron Nahas (Rafanelli & Nahas) and Bart Cochran (Leap Housing) . Free to attend, RSVP requested- hold your spot here. Suggested donation: bring a “Spring Cleaning” donation item to donate to CATCH.
- Jesse Tree Tour: Keeping Our Neighbors Housed- April 15th from 1:30-2:30pm: 1121 W Miller St, Boise, ID 83702 – Join us to learn how Jesse Tree works to prevent eviction and homelessness in the Treasure Valley. This office open house and tour gives you the opportunity to speak directly with staff about the impact of eviction prevention. Open to the public, no registration required.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16
- City of Boise Housing Bus Tour: Join the Boise City Housing bus tour to celebrate Housing Week and learn how Boise is working to create a home for everyone. This tour will highlight rental properties, active construction projects, and future housing sites. Limited space available- advance registration required. CLICK HERE to register for this bus tour
THURSDAY, APRIL 17
- Tour Wilson Street Station Apartments, 4-6pm. Join ULI for this featured project tour & social. Separate registration required, space is limited. Tour and social 4pm-6pm. CLICK HERE to register for the tour.
- Join the Conversation to End Local Homelessness, 9:00-10:00am - Connect with community members and CATCH representatives for an informal, illuminating conversation about ending homelessness in our community. Over coffee, you'll learn about CATCH's innovative housing programs and hear firsthand from a program graduate who experienced homelessness and found stable housing through CATCH. When: Thursday, April 17th, 9:00-10:00 AM Where: Table Rock Room (3rd Floor), Boise City Hall 150 N Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702. This free event offers a unique opportunity to understand the real impact of CATCH's work and discover how you can be part of the solution to homelessness in our community. Space is limited. FRIDAY, APRIL 18
- Housing Week Panel: The 5 “L”s of Affordable Housing Development, 9:00-10:30am at Boise State. Join the project team from Wilson Street Apartments in learning about the big picture behind this affordable housing development. Project representatives discussing the Land, Labor, Law, Loans and Lumber that went into the project, and how many unique moving pieces there are to bring projects like this to life. - NeighborWorks Pocket Neighborhoods Tour: 1:00pm-3:15pm. Where to meet: Surel’s Place: 212 E. 33rd Street
Garden City, ID 83714. Open to the public, no registration needed . Staff from NeighborWorks will discuss the concept and history of the Pocket Neighborhoods™. The first pocket neighborhoods were established in Garden City, and the walking tour will highlight areas where families have successfully settled within the community.
