    The Urban Land Institute's premiere annual event is coming to Bozeman. This program attracts attendees from across the real estate sector and features a presentation of the annual Emerging Trends report published by ULI and PwC. Director of Real Estate Research for PwC, Andy Warren, will present the 2023 report and discuss where Montana aligns with the national trends. Our multi-statewide District Council will bring together a panel of industry experts from throughout Montana that will respond and share insight into more specific market trends for residential, industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors.

    Ryan Springer

    Ryan Springer, CCIM has watched Montana evolve for decades and feels fortunate to live and work here. Working across asset types, Ryan leverages his lengthy transaction background and local relationships to advise and guide clients - he is passionate about helping clients solve their real estate needs. Ryan uses SterlingCRE’s library of proprietary market data and local knowledge to bring together the most effective deals for clients across the board. His real estate career started as an advisor with Grubb & Ellis and then NAI. Before his real estate career, Ryan was a Marine Infantry Officer.

    Bayard Dominick

    Lone Mountain Land Company

    Bayard Dominick, Vice President of Planning & Development Bayard Dominick is a 26-year development manager with extensive experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, project design, project strategy, and launching new residential products. Currently acting as Vice President of Planning and Development for Lone Mountain Land Company which is managing the development of Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, Moonlight Basin as well as several mixed-used projects in the Town Center which are all located in Big Sky, Montana. Previously, as Project Manager and lead in new business development for Hines, Mr. Dominick was involved in the development Glacier Village at Whitefish Mountain Resort (Northwest Montana) and Aspen Highlands Village (Colorado). He was also a Senior Vice President of Acquisition and Planning for Fidelity National Timber Resources and was project manager for the Rock Creek Cattle Company. Mr. Dominick holds an undergraduate degree from Yale College and an MBA from Stanford University.

    Molly McCabe

    Molly McCabe, CEO & Founder, HaydenTanner Co-Founder, The Lotus Campaign, A veteran of the Real Estate Industry, Molly describes herself as a Scout, MapMaker and BridgeBuilder. When she's not raising capital or working on an development project you can find her hanging out with her Social Media Team (aka, her dogs) someplace outside. Molly co-founded The Lotus Campaign, a non-profit firm, to bring a private sector solution to increase the availability of homes for people experiencing homelessness by engaging the private, for-profit real estate community. (www.lotuscampaign.org) She founded HaydenTanner after spending many years in commercial real estate finance, capital markets and development. She has spent her career cultivating practical solutions and strategies to accelerate the emergence of resilient buildings and vibrant, sustainable cities. Now she works with clients to channel investment capital to optimize asset and portfolio level returns, enhance resiliency, community vibrancy and livability while meeting economic objectives. Recent work has focused on Qualified Opportunity Funds and Opportunity Zones. Molly is Chair Emeritus of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Responsible Property Investment Council, former board member of the Center for Sustainability and Economic Prosperity and current board member of The Fresh Water Trust. She is also the author of the book: Practical Greening: The Bottom Line On Sustainable Property Development, Investment and Financing and “Driving value: Responsible and Resilient Property Investing in the New Millennium” for Institutional Real Estate Investor. She has taught at the Boston Architectural College and has lectured at Pinchot University. Previously she founded VC funded, commercial mortgage backed securities firm, Bridger Commercial Funding, ran Bank of America’s Real Estate Capital Markets group and was a commercial construction lender with Wells Fargo Bank. She is a trained mediator, professional business coach and LEED AP.

    Patrick Boel

    Vice President, Roundhouse

    As Vice President of Development at Roundhouse, Patrick oversees all development and construction activities for the company including site selection, entitlements, development team assembly, construction supervision, and leasing/marketing. Since joining Roundhouse in 2015, his insight and recommendations on construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technology have contributed to the company’s expansion into new product types, geographic markets, and delivery methods. Patrick holds a Certificate of Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University.

    Andy Warren

    Real Estate Research Consultant, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

    As the Director of Real Estate Research, Andrew “Andy” Warren is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments. For the past several years, Andy has co-authored the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S. At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25-year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds.
