Development 101
Development 101 is a training course designed for public officials that describes the nuts and bolts of the development process. The program has also been revised to be shared with land use and real estate professionals not already familiar with the development process and community members.
ULI Idaho members have presented Development 101 to the Association of Idaho Cities, the City of Meridian, the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS), the American Planning Association (APA) Idaho Chapter, and the Boise Neighborhood Interactive (BNI). The course covers a number of topics and can be tailored to meet the interests of the sponsoring/hosting agency.
