ULI Idaho Activity During COVID-19

Our best insights come from our members and partners. How are you doing? What information are you seeking and how can we support you? Please don’t hesitate to reach out with ideas for how ULI Idaho can enhance our value during these challenging times. ULI is here for you.
To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our members, ULI Idaho has:
- Leveraged ULI’s global network to provide real-time information, best practices and professional development through live and on-demand webinars, including in markets that are further along in their COVID-19 response. See our events page for a list of upcoming webinars.
- Converted our committee meetings into virtual environments.
- Hosted our first webinar exploring our market’s response to the coronavirus with over 100 attendees.
- Created a weekly email and blog series Observations and Opportunities to connect members through sharing perspectives and strategies for adapting to and addressing COVID-19 impacts.
Moving forward, we are:
- Adapting our regular programs such as New Member Receptions and our Young Leaders Group CEO Series into virtual formats.
- Preparing virtual tours and video content to continue sharing examples of great work in our community.
- Learning how we can deliver our newest program, UrbanPlan virtually in case our need to social distance is extended.
- Capitalizing on the broad adoption of virtual meetings to expand our statewide presence and outreach.
- Reaching out to our members and partners to learn what is most needed from ULI Idaho at this time. Share your thoughts on our survey here.
