    Rick Murdock

    Autovol

    Rick has dedicated 40 years to pioneering and helping build the modular manufacturing industry—across the U.S. and Canada. An expert in plant operations, he was co-founder and COO of Guerdon Enterprises. He pioneered major innovations in large-scale multistory, multifamily modular manufacturing that made the company an award-winning industry leader. A natural connector, Rick more recently co-founded Prefab Logic, a consultant group specializing in modular construction planning, development, sourcing, and completion services. Rick has a deep knowledge and understanding of the full operations necessary for successful modular manufacturing and completion of large-scale projects. He has built a talented team at Autovol that reflects his passion and exemplifies his character.

    Doug Pill

    CEO & President, Prefab Logic

    Doug draws on over two decades of leadership and mentoring to develop Prefab Logic and their partner relationships. He is driven by achievements through creative problem solving, innovative thinking, and thorough business impact analysis. He brings to the table an extensive background in business growth, strategic planning, process implementation, and nurturing key relationships. Doug's expertise provides a strong foundation for Prefab Logic to serve and grow its customers.

    Chris Blanchard

    Sales & Marketing Manager, indieDwell Holdings, inc

    Chris Blanchard holds a doctorate in Urban Studies and spent 12 years at Boise State University teaching in the graduate planning program and working with local governments to build technical, financial, and managerial capacity in public works departments. He has published numerous articles on urban planning including in our own Urban Land Magazine, as well as in the American Planning Association's Planning Magazine. A successful entrepreneur, he built Longdrop Cider company into a regional hard cider producer before selling it to one of the nation's largest fruit processors. He's now put his urban hat back on and joined indieDwell as a regional sales and marketing manager.
