The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) raises the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry.
The mission of the WLI is expressed in its four primary objectives:

This member-only program held in late afternoons combines a learning opportunity with social networking and cocktails or wine.
WLI also plans larger events or participates in initiatives to advance its mission. In October 2018, WLI hosted “Designing Great Cities” which explored ways that urban design impacts economic mobility, equity, safety and health.
