    Join ULI Montana/Idaho members and industry leaders for a one-of-a-kind, behind the scenes development tour of Big Sky. Attendees will meet at the Wilson Hotel in Town Center for an overview of development plans with Lone Mountain Land Company presented by Matt Kidd, Managing Director of CrossHarbor Capital; learn more about the Forever Project - Big Sky Resort's net-zero sustainability initiative, presented by Amy Fonte, Sustainability Specialist for Big Sky Resort; and learn more about community housing efforts from David O’Connor, Executive Director of the Big Sky Community Housing Trust. Attendees will then embark as a group on a day of tours including workforce housing and Big Sky’s Town Center; the Montage Big Sky; The Yellowstone Club; Moonlight Basin club facilities, and other developments in Big Sky as time allows. The program will include lunch and a social.

     

    Lunch will take place at the Montage Big Sky, where attendees will also be able to test out the Montage golf simulators.
