Join ULI and Cedar Creek Capital for a tour of the Idaho Statesman Self Storage Conversion project, converting now in to Climate Controlled Self Storage
- This conversion is currently under construction and set to be complete in 2024.
- This project will target the greater downtown Boise area which has a limited future supply.
- Very low climate control supply in this area
- Located at the last major exit going into Boise The Idaho Statesman building was built in the mid 1970’s. We purchased the building in 2020 for 4.5 million and started developing in the Spring of 2023. Construction is set to be complete in Spring of 2024.
