Join ULI Idaho for a members only project tour of the new Renegade Hotel in downtown Boise. Hear from developers on the project, the ownership group on their other property updates, and a hard-hat tour.
Get ready to awaken your inner rebel. Hotel Renegade will offer a boutique hotel experience unlike any other when it opens its doors to guests in Spring 2024. Construction is underway for a 122-key boutique hotel with an in-house restaurant, Baraboo Supper Club; a rooftop bar, The Highlander; and 2,700 square feet of event space. The eight-story hotel is being constructed right next to The Owyhee building on the corner of 11th and Grove Streets.
