Mr. Nipp graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in business administration, and received his Masters from Portland State University. He is active in a variety of civic organizations in the Pacific Northwest, is currently the Chairman of the Board of Mountain West Bank, and a director for the Inland Northwest Community Foundation. Mr Nipp was named Citizen of the Year in 2000 by the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce and inducted into the State of Idaho Hall of Fame in 2001.

Dennis has been involved in the land use, development, and building of real estate for over 25 years. Educated at Purdue University and University of California San Diego (UCSD) he began his career in 1988 in Carlsbad, California. He began working in land use planning and became Vice President for Planning Systems. In 2001 he and his family moved to Coeur d’Alene Idaho where he runs his development and building companies, Active West Development and Active West Builders. Dennis is currently developing and building projects in the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane area. He has developed an age-targeted community titled Meadow Ranch located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and is the process of developing other age-targeted communities in the same area as well.

Scott has degrees in urban & regional planning from Arizona State University and the University of Pennsylvania. When he isn’t working, he spends time with his wife and two teenage daughters and can often be found swimming in Lake Coeur d’Alene, practicing Yoga, or at a local pub watching college football.

Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, the fourth largest institutional real estate manager in the U.S. At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career, During this time Andy developed a wide range of models to predict market performance and measure risk/return analytics. He represented the research function on Principal’s flag ship separate accounts and also served as a fiduciary voting member on individual client funds focused on industrial, retail, student housing and sustainable investing. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa. He has earned the right use the Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA, designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
