LED received a grant from ULI Idaho in 2018 to make a creative placemaking project in the Vista Corridor in Boise as part of the Vista Healthy Corridors Project. The creative group has been taking portraits of people in the community, learning about the neighborhood and what the community means to the people that live in it.
The exhibition of their work is on view at the Gem Center for the Arts in the Vivid Gallery. See footage and portraits of the neighborhood and the people in it until December 1.
Gallery admission is free, and is open Monday-Friday 10 am – 6 pm, Saturdays 12 pm – 6 pm, Sundays 12 pm – 5 pm, and Third Thursdays 6 pm – 9 pm.
